MastGuy (sole proprietorship — legal name pending) ("THE MAST GUY", "we", "us") runs this store at themastguy.com. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account and order details you give us: name, email, phone, shipping address.
• Order and payment records, including a reference to your Razorpay payment — we never see or store your card, UPI ID, or bank details ourselves; Razorpay handles that.
• Basic usage data (pages viewed, device/browser type) via Google Analytics, so we know what's working on the site.

Why we collect it

• To take your order, print it, ship it, and email you updates on it.
• To handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
• To respond when you contact us.
• To understand and improve the site.

Who we share it with

Only the services that need it to get your order to your door: Razorpay (payments), Qikink (printing and shipping), Resend (transactional email), and Google Analytics (site usage). We don't sell your data, and we don't hand it to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we'll keep only what we're required to for completed orders.
